More Human Figures

Medium: Conté crayon, Vine charcoal

Frankly, human figures are not too hard to draw. They have very clear structure and defined curves. The harder part is to have the opportunity to draw human bodies, and for that I feel privileged that I was offered this kind of training.

I have tried a few different media. I really like conté crayon for its subtle, smooth, chalk-like feeling. The vine charcoal one is a bit dirty, but it was done in purpose. We were instructed to do a few sketches first and wipe them out, so that the canvas gained a natural darker tint.
