Nanjing hosted the 2nd Youth Olympic Games in 2014. While not a lot of people in the world cared about Youth Olympics, for Nanjing it was quite a big event, and long before the event people had started talking about it with proud. In my high school, when Nanjing hadn’t become the host city, there was a model Youth Olympics Candidature between high schools in Nanjing. We NFLS need to prepare presentations and promo videos. This was why we made this one.
It was a big project and many students wanted to participate. We discussed a general idea and then the directing was distributed between us. I directed and edited one part of the promo, starting at 2:45 and ending at 3:20, which from my viewpoint was the most carefully designed part.
